Project Milestones Accomplished This Week

This week was the final stretch for the project, with all coding and development officially concluded. My contributions focused on finalizing the deliverables for the capstone's conclusion. I personally contributed to:

• Completing the testing report, which is now finished.

• Finalizing the presentation slides, which are complete and ready for use.

• Preparing the video presentation for submission, which is currently at about 10 minutes in length.

My Plan for Next Week

My plan for next week is to seek clarification from staff regarding the length of our video presentation. The team will inquire if the current 10-minute duration is permissible, and if it's not, we hope to get their insight on where we can effectively save time. The goal is to ensure we can showcase the comprehensive work we've done without having to gloss over key development frameworks, our approach, or the lessons we've learned from our three distinct project demos.

Challenges Currently Faced

The primary challenge is the length of our video presentation, which is currently about 10 minutes long. Since our project integrated three separate capstone efforts into one, it's proving difficult to present the demos and cover all the necessary details within a 9-minute limit. We are struggling to find ways to cut time without sacrificing the quality of our presentation. We are hoping to receive feedback from the staff on whether our current length is acceptable, and if not, to get guidance on which areas might be shortened. The team is not in need of instructor assistance beyond this feedback.
